EMERGENCY EYE GLASS PROBLEM! Long story short....broke my "real" glasses and found my broken "backup" glasses from 2016. Wearing Rite-Aid readers for 2 days and couldn't see a ding-dang thing! Took the old lenses up to the Shadle Wal- Mart on Sunday and Miss Jean, the magician, was actually able to find the same frame and just popped those lens puppies right in there ! I could see again! (Thank you, St. Lucy). WOW. She was a total professional and took her time remedying the problem and never made me feel like the DA that I am. Great service. do NOT get your eyes examined here ever. They wrote down the wrong numbers for the glasses on the prescription, when glasses were made at costco-because they had high reviews from consumer reports- glasses were blurry. Had eyes retested at costco, found perscription numbers had been transposed by Walmart. Went back to walmart and requested refund for the exam, NO!. they said owner would retest eyes... (this is 90 miles from home and third trip) eyes retested, yes, numbers wrong, and owner became defensive said, NO, he never refunds money, we said, the error was done by your staff and my eyes would have been ruined by your error.
