“I have been a client of ITAH for 7 years. In the last 2 years, Dr Skinner has provided all of my fur-kids with beyond amazing medical care, and the entire team at Indian Trail has been kind, warm, and like family for us. Dr Skinner saw my beloved soul dog Max through his final year with cancer, and compassionately laid him to rest June 21st, 2023 when it was his time. It was the hardest day of my life, but there was no other set of hands I would have trusted him with in those final moments. A few months later, the clinic reached out to ask if I'd be willing to foster a young german shepherd who had been abandoned. That young man had some big paw prints to fill, but he has become my best friend, and an outstanding fur-sibling in the family; we love him dearly and are thankful every day that we were connected with him. Since then, ITAH has continued to be a safe place for my animals to get the care they need. Thank you, Indian Trail, for going above and beyond to define what veterinary care should be. There's nowhere else I'd rather go.“

“Charleigh is 12 1/2 year old Ragdoll. She is my only "child". Everytime I took her to a vet clinic my cat would absolutely transform into a evil cat. This clinic was recommended to me as the best place I could bring Charleigh. So I did, and the staff was so good to her, and the horrible patient she was in the past didn't happen this time. Of course Charleigh was scared but the doctor and tech had Charleigh calm during the exam. On the way to the clinic she was meowing very angry, but when we drove home she was very calm. This clinic is closed on the weekend, but that didn't stop the doctor from calling me Saturday and letting me know what the lab results were. I live on the north side of Spokane, but the drive is worth it to get amazing service that my cat even approves of. I promise you everyone at this clinic cares. It's more then just a job to them, you can tell it is their passion.“

Dr. Kaiser explained my dog's condition and treatment in simple terms. She has recovered. His team followed up without delay when she had a problem.“

That had me a little worried but it ended up being on the lower side. The surgery came out great. There was no complications. The staff is very friendly. You could tell they care about your pet.“

“My rescue English Bulldog had many issues with his eye when adopted. We knew going into it that he would require one or more surgeries to reduce/correct the genetic abnormalities. Multiple procedures were performed during this first surgery thus maximizing his time under an anesthesia. He just had his post-op suture removal and all went as expected. All staff tending to our pup were outstanding. There were multiple phone calls from both support staff and surgeon post surgery. While any specialty medical services are generally expensive, we feel the cost was commensurate with the excellent services received. We highly recommend this clinic and Dr. Kaiser!“

“Fantastic experience @ Hunter Veterinary Clinic in Spokane, Wa. Today 7/30/24 Dr Mark made room in his schedule to see my son's ferret within an hour of our phone call requesting if it was possible to get an appointment. ? All staff were friendly as was Dr Mark, and he is just so informative, relaxed, friendly and not pushy towards expensive tests right at the get go. We both immediately felt comfortable w Dr Mark's approach in treating our ferret. My son has a disability so he easily gets upset and has limited financial resources as well. But he really likes Dr Mark and has trust w the "doc". I'm a retired Veterinarian assistant so I understand more about these medical issues than my son, and I was very impressed w Dr Mark!
