I was blown away by the services that United Floor Covering offered! They were efficient, sympathetic to my situation and very quick. Marcus Flores helped us find the perfect carpet and since we were out of state spent the time to make sure everything was done right. He sent me pictures of all the updates and kept me in the loop. I felt so safe and assured using them. They are people you can trust and think outside the box to help you with your unique situations. Not many firms with customer service as good as these guys! After my folks had a stellar experience with Renee at United Floor Covering they referred them to us. Renee came out multiple times and we exchanged multiple emails. She took the time to educate us on varying degrees of carpet and pad quality. Then John the owner came to help with some tricky measurements as well. They both helped us move furniture, vacuum and put furniture back... on valentines day... at 5PM.. They went above and beyond and it was everything you could hope for when remodeling. A caring group, personable, genuine and they communicated with us through the process. The Craftsman in the USA, are alive and well in Spokane WA! Steve and Jake put in my fabulous floor, and the most professional people I have ever dealt with. Beautiful job, extremely organized, great attitudes and just the most pleasant upgrade I have ever experienced. Thanks United flooring for giving us the best of the best!!
