As said before, they do a great job cleaning. I would prefer a set time on the day they come. I never know when they are going to show up. Or, the night before or the morning of, a phone call or text letting me know what time they will be at my house.
First clean with team 18, Anika and very happy. All three ladies were pleasant and professional and appear to have done a very thorough job. Hoping the experiences going forward will be just as pleasant.
Today was our first clean and it was GREAT! The team was very thorough and efficient. It took 3 hours and when I saw how much they accomplished I was impressed and judged their price to be very reasonable. Their quality control manager dropped in and it pleased me to see the positive rapport between her and the cleaners. A feel-good experience all around.
