“I brought my daughter here for her nose, piercing on a whim. We've tried other places for piercings and have not been impressed. We found this place on Google and were able to book an appointment the same day. Pulling up to this place, we were skeptical, but once we opened the door to go inside, we were instantly overcome with a sense of peace. First and foremost, the staff here were INCREDIBLE! They are so friendly and talkative. They just made you feel at home and welcome! The decor in here had me living all my childhood dreams! And the shop itself was IMACULANT with cleanliness, which is the kind of thing you wanna see while getting piercings or tattoos. I loved everything about this shop and the guy who did her piercing, Randy was his name he was great at his job! He explained everything every step of the way, and he himself was also very sterile throughout the whole process. I told them we're customers for life after it was all said and done. Like I said, we just stumbled onto this place, but I could not be any more pleased with this whole experience and will 100% be back for repeat business. Everyone was friendly and down to earth, even the customers. Real easy environment to chill for 9.5hrs in. There are incredible artists working here. Kyle Carpino took a project that I had been putting together for two years and absolutely nailed it. It was memorial tattoo for a very important dog and I'm so glad I trusted Kyle with this. I gave him a rough design and an idea and told him to run with it. When I saw the finished tattoo I was floored, I feel like a got a piece of my boy back that day. “Went for the Friday the 13th $26 tattoos on Saturday (couldn't get there in time for the actual Friday the 13th). The wait was long because people wanted their tattoos, for a good reason! Everyone's tattoos were really great quality regardless of size. The staff also did a good job of making sure people knew the rules and the folks in line with me were really great - no fighting, no cutting in line, really great atmosphere. My own tattoo was a little cactus, and it turned out great! I will definitely be back here for larger tattoos.“
