The employee, Bae, was not only extremely knowledgeable, she was so incredibly friendly and made me feel so comfortable to approach her with questions. Also an incredible sales rep, I planned on purchasing $20 worth of product and spent a little more than $40, but the best part is I didn’t feel pressured to buy more, I WANTED to because of her excitement about the products she had to offer. I’m so excited to try all my new stuff and wanted to tell this location that you’re so lucky to have an employee like Bae!

I don't go to Sally's as often as I used to especially at this location, and sooo far the customer service here is pretty good. I've met two employees during evening hours "Bae"(pink hair) & "selena"(black hair). Bae was really friendly and helpful and has great customer service. I really come to sally beauty "mainly for the earrings" that they sell and sometimes hair styling products.

Daneka is quite possibly the sweetest person. She’s so attentive and helped me color my black hair to hot pink. Her knowledge of the products in the store is amazing. I don’t know how my hair would have turned out without her help.
