Spokane Pediatric Urgent Care

Overall in the office it was a great quick experience. But beware if you need any kind of medications called in they don’t do it right away. Had to call the office 3 separate times to get someone to call it in taking 5 hours after getting done with the visit to receiving medication.

My daughter sends them for routine annual care and has also been to the urgent care for unplanned medical needs. They have been great about getting us in and the staff is very nice. Occasionally there is a wait but that can't always be avoided in medical care. The providers are very informative. I am teaching my daughter to advocate for herself and her healthcare so we always have a few extra questions. They are great at explaining and providing answers. Came in for a sports physical for son, saw Whitney Bowen who we hadn't seen before. No surprise, the facility is super clean, and all the stuff are efficient and kindand he was seen quickly. We LOVED WHITNEY, she was so great! Thanks for making my kids Dr visits so easy!
