This people are crook ! My insurance stated that they paid them the amount of me being admitted at the hospital ,but they still went and sent to the debt collector ! They’re worse than scammers.! This billing people should be shut down , they’re lazy to process insurance for people /patients

Do I even need to say it? They sent me to collections AFTER I paid them. These collection companies purchase debt from the hospital and charge YOU. It’s not even the collection agency’s fault. They’re inflating their debt and selling it. I’m going to call the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully this ongoing scam operation gets shut down.

Followed the steps outlined for financial forgiveness- both via mail and email with plenty of time. We continued to receive notices that the bill was active and set to go to collections if unpaid by the due date. After calling and holding an hour on multiple occasions, they eventually said they would not accept the letter they requested and were so behind that we should just pay to remain in good standing.
