We hired Scott to fix a sagging porch roof. He did exactly what he said he would do, when he said he would do it, for less than the initial estimate, and he did an excellent job and cleaned up well afterwards. Highly recommend.
Scott was very knowledgeable about replacing our windows framing and did a great job at letting us know what our options were, cleaning up once done, and communicating with us. He paid attention to the details and it came out looking very professional.
I highly recommend him for any home project needs!
I recently had Scotts Custom Construction and Spokane Handyman Service work on several projects at my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results! They installed two new glass block windows and two exterior doors, with full paint preparation included (caulking and spackling). They also handled the door ordering, permit, and delivery. The new Smart Key deadbolts and doorknob sets that were installed look fantastic. Additionally, he expertly replaced the wood under my kitchen sink, installed and stained two new interior doors, repaired an interior door, and installed a new front threshold, door sweep, and weather seals.
