Maggie schott and her peers never gave up on me. I've been fighting for disability for 7 years and I've had thier help for almost all of it. They helped me get disability, she knew I needed it and never gave up and I finally after 7 years got my fully favorable decision after 3 cycles of denials and being sent for remand. Thank you guys for never giving up and helping me in my time of need. I recommend maggie schott and her team to everyone applying. They will fight tooth and nail for you!

At the Schott Law, we help our clients obtain two types of benefits: Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI). SSDI benefits are available to individuals with serious disabilities and a history of Social Security tax contributions. For individuals without a long-term disability or sufficient work credits, SSI benefits may be available upon a showing of a substantial lack of income and resources. While some claims are approved immediately, many are denied and claimants must pursue additional review to obtain benefits.
