Visited to have our rug fixed; staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. A lot of nice rugs to browse; purchased some decorative couch pillows for the road. Very pleasant experience overall; would recommend.

Everyone here is amazing! I’ve brought 2 different rugs in and both have come out fantastic and better than I expected. I’ve always had to swing in and call to ask questions on care on other rugs and no matter who I talk to, they give me straight forward, honest advice and direction. I definitely recommend them if you have a rug that needs care.

I have used RugSpa a few times now and every time they have outdone themselves. This time they repaired and retouched the dye in a very old carpet, that had some abuse!. It is like new! The colors are vibrant, the carpet is beyond what I hoped it could be again. Every call I made was met with exceptional customer service and besides that they are all really nice to talk to.
