“I've worked with Greater American Construction, Curtis and Dyanne, before but this project was windows at my parents' house which is mostly a log house. Mom really wanted windows with the blinds behind the glass. We only had 3 options for companies. When we decided on the windows we contacted Curtis to see if he could get them and do the installation. He could and we were set. We were all much more comfortable with the idea of them doing the install since I've worked with them before and their work has always been stellar. I've referred them to several friends and their work is consistently amazing. Highly recommend them. I've used them for windows and roof at my house. I don't think I ever wrote a review after those (well windows were so long ago the internet might not have been available haha). I'll probably need to replace those windows someday and I know who I'll be calling. ;) I really enjoy working with them. Just wish we had more money for more projects they could do for us.“

“Our roof was damaged in the last windstorm. I didn't know how serious it was until Alexander Lyons showed me the pictures he took during his free inspection. Alexander worked with my insurance company, giving them pictures, details, etc. to help them see all of the problem areas. He sat with us and explained our options, helped us understand what they would do, and walked us through the entire process, including checking to be sure everything was completed. They did an excellent job except for a couple of minor problems which they took care of as soon as I called them.“

“I’m sorry I don’t have more houses that need new roofs. There work is exceptional. Tim Nicholas and his crew, especially Ric, did an outstanding job. They showed up when they said they would. They brought what was needed for the job the first time. On the day they started they showed up early and went right to work. Everyone was professional, polite, and careful not to cause damage to our plants and shrubs. They told us where the problem areas were on the roof and what to expect. The crew worked like a Indy 500 pit crew, — little talking, everyone knowing and doing their job with precision. A well oiled machine. And importantly, they completed the job within the time frame promised. After they finished and cleaned up there was no trace that they were ever here. We had a leaking sunroom, which was not part of their job, but they fixed it. It has rained fairly hard today and the sunroom has not leaked. The entire process was efficient and clean. All employees were respectful of our home and took utmost care of our belongings, our plants and flowers, and our patio/driveway. It is exceptional care that I don’t often see in exterior work, and I much appreciated that my flower beds were minimally ruffled. No dead plants after this job was done!

I was especially impressed with clean up efforts. Remnants were carefully removed, concrete was swept, and several passes were made to ensure no nails remained. I would not have been surprised if I’d caught them fluffing the patio furniture pillows, their care was so great.
