My dryer broke down a week before a houseful of company coming. I needed to wash sheets and blankets and I was panicking. I called the usual place we have taken appliances (Jeffrey's) and they said it would take 3 to 5 business days to even look at it. So I called around and found RK Appliance. I'm sorry I didn't get the owner's name but he asked me some questions, like the model and what wasn't working and mentioned several possible things that could be wrong. He said he could look at it right away. We brought it in (a little tight getting our pickup in the back alley where he unloaded but doable). We left to do other chores and about an hour later he called and said the dryer was fixed and we could pick it up! I was thrilled and so grateful. This is excellent service!

Very nice guy I showed up when he was already closed and he opened the door and help me get a part for my dryer he was very nice and help me and didn't even charge me and it wasn't just me it sounded like he was like that with everyone I would recommend this place to anybody thank you very much for your help

Called to see if they carried a part I was looking for. Unfortunately, it wasn't available, but I was given a part number and was able to hunt one down. Some places would just say "no" and leave it at that. Great customer service.
