My dog has a lot of anxiety, and two different groomers have called me to come pick her up because she was too anxious to proceed with services. I’m not exaggerating - these people are MAGIC! They work with my dog to find the methods that work best for her. They are confident and peaceful, and my dog isn’t even nervous to walk in. I am truly blown away. We will never go anywhere else now that we have discovered this place.

The staff is incredibly friendly and the service was under an hour to groom my chocolate lab. Sara is the best! My pup comes home happy and fresh. She smells good and is so soft after her spa day! Plus nail trim!

I’ve been to previous groomers where they kept my dog for over 5 hours and it was extremely stressful. But Puppy Pad got my pup done in 2 hours and he looks so handsome! They were super helpful and had the best goodies for the car ride back home! 100% going back!
