I had to board my dog here but was going through a financial situation at the time and the owner was very patient with me as well as understanding of my circumstances. The staff here keep me up to date on how my princess was doing as well as if any incidents that took place were she was hurt or her behavior had changed and truly appreciated that. I don't think the staff and owner understand how thankful I am that they looked after and took care of my dog while I was having a hard time. I truly liked this boarding facility and how they took my dog in within calling them 10 minutes prior because I was rejected by another boarding home. Thank you Puppy Pad. Jemma loves going here, which is the best thing you can say about a groomer. She always looks great, they are incredibly fast Even though I’m a terrible dog parent and do zero grooming between visits.

I brought my little (very skittish) little dog into get her nails clipped and she was so happy when I went back to pick her up she was actually smiling at me from ear to ear. It went so well that when Andrea said she wouldn't mind giving her a bath I decided to try it and again my little dog was completely fine. I just want to say thank you to Andrea and let everyone know what a great job she did. My puppies nails were above and beyond. I've never seen such a good nail clipping before. I am going to bring my puppies here from now on.
