The providers & medical staff are great but there is no privacy at reception. Your personal info & payment method will be heard by the entire waiting room. The receptionists will even say out loud and/or ask you PERSONAL questions from across the room. People in the waiting room will hear your medical info related to the reason you're there, your address, your date of birth, your phone number & sometimes your social. Not the best place to go if you want to keep some of your medical & personal information private.
Every time I’ve had to visit this urgent care, it’s been a lovely experience. For myself, and my son. They’re always very thorough and kind, very understanding and helpful. I’ve had to bring my son with me a couple times to get seen myself, and they’re so great and understanding trying to get medical help with a toddler. It’s one of the best urgent cares I’ve gone to.
Everyone here is just AWESOME. Dana at the front desk is a Rockstar. Each doctor and nurse that helped me were all very knowledgeable, helpful, caring and made my experience the best it possibly could be, given my circumstances for being there. I would highly recommend this facility. I cannot say not even 1 negative thing about the people here and the facility itself. Thank you all SO MUCH. This is how medicine should be, and you guys give me hope in the medical field as a whole in this country.
