Receptionist that was working today 2/14/24 (blondish/grey hair older Caucasian lady) was and has been extremely rude to me. She told me to be at my appointment by 11am which I was, but when I showed up today she told me I was supposed to be there at 10:30! She was extremely unpleasant over the phone prior to this appointment. I had previously told her (over the phone) that she was very rude considering my circumstances. I had missed two appointments due to emergencies that were out of my control - two fam members in the hospital/ICU and I had tested positive for influenza A- I did not want to go in and make anybody sick. The PA Tim is amazing. He went above and beyond for my appointment today and took the time explaining everything. He took some of my anxiety away and really took his time for my appointment. It didn’t feel rushed and he treated me like another human, not just another time slot. Meredith the MA was also amazing and super friendly. I had a great experience!

Zero stars not an option but if I could rate it that I certainly would!! Worst medical experience I have ever experienced. The Doctor was rude, insensitive, belittling , dismissive, and lacked a sort of empathy. I left there feeling more traumatized. Do not see this Doctor!
