My nail tech barely said three sentences to me the whole time I was there. I stopped in while traveling through, and since I chipped a nail, I figured I'd take a few extra minutes while my boyfriend and son were grocery shopping and get my nails done. When I first sat down, I specifically told her the last nail tech made my nails square tip, and I prefer round tip, so when she cut them down,could she round them off instead. I even mentioned it a second time that I wanted them rounded. I would've given a higher rating had she asked me how short to cut them down and rounded them out like I asked because she did a great job.
Staff was great, but I wish the nail tech had gotten my gel polish closer to my nail beds. My nails grow fast. Nails in the picture
