She listened to what I wanted and inserted her knowledge and experience to give me an outcome that I am 1,000% pleased with. My only regret is that I did not get my permanent eyeliner years ago! I really appreciated Jen's honesty in reminding me if I go too heavy I can't undo it but I can always add more. I also tried out henna eyebrows to see if I want to go through with permanent tattooed eyebrows. I will be making an appointment soon.“

“Kasey is amazing! The whole experience was so incredible. She started with a rinse on my eyes that felt so good. I told her how full I wanted my lashes (we went with hybrid) and told her to do something fun and give me a pop of color. Her choice. I would have fallen asleep for sure, but we have known each other basically my entire life and hadn’t seen each other in a very long time and chatted it up. She’s so fun to talk to and did such an amazing job! I absolutely loved how they turned out and I had them for about six weeks without ever once thinking about needing mascara. I ended up having to take them off to no fault of the lashes or Kasey’s work, but at a time when the were starting to thin anyway. They were so fun to have!“

“I went back and forth on what score to rate! I honestly am not for sure I should have given a 5 star... I want to give the new management the benefit of the doubt.I have had a couple questionable experiences in the past. I have had a (1) very unclean bed and burnt out bubs in the past. I have been going there every since they have opened here in the garland district! I love that I can go right next door and also get my hair and nails done! Annette at first impressions hair salon and Kelly at top nail!My biggest concern was recently when I was notified that they updated the system. I was told that I should have been notified via email to update my info in order to not lose my package. I never received any email stating this! How frustrating was this right before my trip!I have been going there for many years and love the location and the facility with all thier options! It is not some run of the mill place and it's in a very convenient place.I was informed that the facility is under new management. She was very personable and was able to resolve my issues! I honestly thought I was screwed and dreaded the phone call! I was able to get my minutes back and hopefully I will not have to worry about something like this again in the future. I really look forward to doing further business with them in the future.I say if you have had issues in the past you might want to try them again. Thank you!“
