“Have been taking both of my kiddos here for years, very happy with the care and responsiveness by the nurses via the online portal. Dr. Barber is very knowledgeable of the newest guidances and updates for pediatrics.“

“My daughter sends them for routine annual care and has also been to the urgent care for unplanned medical needs. They have been great about getting us in and the staff is very nice. Occasionally there is a wait but that can't always be avoided in medical care. The providers are very informative. I am teaching my daughter to advocate for herself and her healthcare so we always have a few extra questions. They are great at explaining and providing answers. We had a very extended office call one year at annual preventative appointment. The doctor was in the room for a very long time and everything was great. My only complaint would be they didn't inform me that extended office call would cost extra. It was worth it and I understand it just would have been nice to know that day versus getting a bill in the mail a few weeks later.“

“Relatively few reviews here and most are several years old, so I'm compelled to share my recent experiences.

I find the Providence system, in general, to be forthright and fair. My experience with them spans two states and about 7 years.

At Providence Family Medicine North I was able to establish care as a new patient in a reasonable time frame - this was something that I found surprisingly challenging when moving to the Spokane area a few years ago.

My provider is Dr. Ryan Massoud; my experiences with him and his support team have all been positive. Fortunately I have few doctor visits annually, so when I do, I go in with a list of concerns. Both my intake nurse and Dr. Massoud address each item on my list thoroughly. I don't feel rushed and my questions are addressed until I feel ready to move on. The vibe is one of kindness and respect.

Between appointments I have had great success in communicating with the team via the MyChart portal. Responses are quick and comprehensive.

Wait times have been reasonable.

I feel comfortable with and well-cared-for by this practice.“
