“My husband and I were expecting our first babies- twin boys - and spent a lot of time with this wonderful team. From the front desk team, to the ultrasound techs and nurses this team was professional, highly skilled, warm and incredibly kind. Doctor Platz and the nurses would often spend extra time ensuring we were comfortable and understood all implications of the information we were receiving. We felt so cared for and started to actually enjoy our weekly appointments at this office. We now have two beautiful little boys and couldn’t feel more grateful for the experience we had bringing them safely into this world in large part thanks to this great team. It’s actually been a little sad for us that we don’t get to see them anymore! Would highly recommend this office if you need extra care during your pregnancy. You will be in great hands!“

“Relatively few reviews here and most are several years old, so I'm compelled to share my recent experiences.

I find the Providence system, in general, to be forthright and fair. My experience with them spans two states and about 7 years.

At Providence Family Medicine North I was able to establish care as a new patient in a reasonable time frame - this was something that I found surprisingly challenging when moving to the Spokane area a few years ago.

My provider is Dr. Ryan Massoud; my experiences with him and his support team have all been positive. Fortunately I have few doctor visits annually, so when I do, I go in with a list of concerns. Both my intake nurse and Dr. Massoud address each item on my list thoroughly. I don't feel rushed and my questions are addressed until I feel ready to move on. The vibe is one of kindness and respect.

Between appointments I have had great success in communicating with the team via the MyChart portal. Responses are quick and comprehensive.

Wait times have been reasonable.

“The doctor was very nice and took all of my concerns seriously. He was thorough but quick. It was interesting with how comfortable he was ignoring personal space, but I think that comes with the trade lol. He got me in for a minor surgery quick, and did very good work as my healing time was fast and pain is minimal. Definitely going to be my provider moving forth!“
