Have had a lot of good experiences at Oasis, but I’m pretty sure they just hung up on me, “You can check online & call back” *click*Just rubbed me the wrong way and I drive out of my way for this specific location.So gonna find a new closer spot ?‍♂️No doubt you’ll get a good haircut here, but finding good customer service is hard nowadays

For me it’s a place I’d go when my hairdresser is not available. Last time I went was for hair wash and blowout, get there the gal checks me in and she says I’m afraid we don’t have enough time to wash and have a full blowout. Not cool especially when it was scheduled for that. I did get a wash and she used dryer to dry my hair.
