Dr Stoop is an absolutely awesome Dr I am so lucky to have him for my Dr. He listens to you he doesn't judge you he has great bed side manner are office manners everyone in the medical office is very professional and polite. I have worked in the medical field for 25 years and I have a hard time trusting medical staffing but I found really amazing medical office staff and doctor this time thank you

I recently saw a doctor at Northpointe family medicine and I must say I wasnt impressed by the doctors staff. First of all the heavyset male nurse made a comment regarding me being a few minutes late that they “didnt think I was gonna show up” I explained to him that I had difficulty finding their office within the building as there is apparently only one directory and I didnt see it, its nowhere near the elevators. So then he mentions to me “We dont know how you even got an appointment here we were wondering how that happened” and my RSD kicked in big time. Dr Tanya she is amazing person I had to get my blood work done an I told her I was scare of needles she made me feel very comfortable and she was so nice and so polite she was super super careful any time you have to go and get blood work done please make sure she's the one that does it you don't feel anything you don't feel a pinch you don't feel nothing she'll say it's like a tiny pinch but you don't feel nothing what amazing person
