MultiCare Rockwood Clinic - Quail Run

I have seen a few of the providers here, and they are all very nice and attentive, and I always feel very cared for by them. My primary care doctor is here, and he is one of the best I have ever had. My reason for the low rating is the office staff. They range from sometimes pleasant to most times borderline rude. I have had paperwork misplaced several times and have come close to missing submission deadlines a couple times because paperwork was lost and had to be redone. The clinic manager is argumentative and denies issues unless you complain repeatedly. I wish my doctor was at a different office because the admin employees here basically are terrible.

Since 2015 I've been seeing physicians here at several of the multicare locations. In 9 years I've suffered the worst pain in my life and I've seen at least 6 specialists and they just couldn't seem to figure it out. One specialist did a hysterectomy for no reason, another did a hernia surgery for no reason, both obgyns should have caught my condition because it was in their field of specialty but somehow ended up with another specialty referral and it had absolutely nothing to do with my pain. I've been told by the clinic manager at quail run that the physicians at multicare DO NOT participate in disability claims of any kind.

Dr. Robin specializes in OB, my first visit with him he was hurried and didn’t seem to care to get to know me. He pushed vaccines on me even tho I’m allergic to the binders which he’d known if he let me talk about myself. I have PCOS and am high risk for breast cancer with family history. I don’t want to be on birth control for my pcos because of my cancer risk and he ignored me and said I need to be on it for uterin cancer but I have no uterin cancer and know I am very likely to get breast cancer and estrogen increases it more and I wanted to regulate my pcos with actually fixing the problem and not just slapping a bandaid on which most doctors do with birth... read full review
