I've been going here for about three years now and am so appreciative of the people in every position. Karen, the office manager is so on top of things. Dr. Mario does a wonderful job and might be the only chiropractor that has not caused pain as a result of an adjustment. Rachelle is an incredible massage therapist, as are the other talented folks. They also offer PT and have other providers available who are well respected and great at their jobs. I have had great experiences with the schedulers. This is one of those few places where the owners (Mario & Brandy Roybal) truly care for their patients - and they only hire staff who share that spirit of caring. My husband and I have been receiving care from them for 10 years now - and they have helped us through too many problems to count. They observe strict Covid-19 protocols to protect themselves and us, and run on-time 95% of the time. I can't endorse this practice more highly!

As a die hard skier, I thought my season was blown after I tweaked my back just a couple weeks before a big back country trip to British Columbia. Fortunately, Dr. Roybal and his staff were able to get me in for a quick evaluation and a few adjustments before my adventure. Thanks to these awesome folks, I had a rad and pain free trip.I know Dr. Roybal is held in high esteem by his peers and I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone in the Spokane area dealing with soft tissue injuries or back pain.
