I was a patient of skrei's in Arkansas and he is absolutely the rudest Dr I've ever been to! Definitely don't see him if you don't have to

I've really been quite happy here at Kaiser Permanente, I came over with my Family Doctor, Dr William Phiiips who is one of the most Amazing, kind and listens to you and , actually hears what you might need , if he doesn't know he will try and do what he can!! It's been extremely difficult since the pandemic, it's been difficult, to get in, the staff are stressed out and tend to be short tempered, which , never they never have been before, and at times I feel when I call totalk to a nurse or whatever, they seem irritated with me, which really makes me feel bad! My experience here was absolutely incredible. I had an appointment with Dr. Walter Balek and he was so incredibly kind. He is the first doctor I've ever had that made me feel cared for, fought for, and truly understood in the battles I've been facing with my health. He took so much time to ask me good questions, to hear what I was dealing with, and to show me empathy/compassion. When I think of what an exceptional doctor should be, Walter will always come to my mind. There needs to be more doctors like him!
