Kaiser Permanente Kendall Yards Medical Office is a healthcare facility with a friendly and helpful office staff. The clean and up-to-date office is home to Dr. Anderson and Dr. Quisano, both of whom are described as caring and fantastic doctors who listen to their patients and provide important health information. Patients feel valued and important, and the process of ordering medications and picking them up from the pharmacy is easy. Although lab services are not currently available at this location, the healthcare model of Kaiser Permanente has worked well for many patients and their families. Appointments can be held through various methods, including e-visit, chat, phone, video, and email.
Dr. Quisano is very caring and I believe truly wants to help. She's an awesome doctor. The staff is friendly and the office is clean and up to date.I know Kaiser Permanente is a different health care model, and I was sceptical at first. But so far it has really worked for myself and my family.
I have the same Doc from where he worked before he was Kaiser. That was the deciding factor when he was hired by Kaiser. Good relationship. Easy to order meds and get them mailed or picked up from their pharmacy. Office staff is wonderful and very helpful. Waiting area is always clean and has space forA big waiting area. Quick to check in and quick to be seen. I have no complaints about Kaiser.
Jaime Sledge is a 10 when it comes to my Dr. Listening, and explanation. Also he is always in a positive mood and so down to earth yet so professional. Another reason is the kindness of the staff. I always feel like I got the VIP treatment after leaving. My whole experience was a 10. I can't wait to go back! ? George Davis
