Dr. Hart is the closest thing to concierge medicine I have experienced in Spokane. I've been in healthcare on both the clinical and management side for over 20 years and can say that this practice is top notch. Dont let the humble clinic fool you; I would rather go to Dr. Hart than any of the practices in the area that have fancy offices and multitudes of staff. These folks treat you very well and work hard to provide the best care possible. Highly recommend!

Reading the reviews AFTER I was in as a new patient. Thought to mention the NEW front office gal, Susan, is incredibly organized and nice to work with. Dr. Hart and his assistant were very attentive and professional. In fact, more information given in review of a standard annual blood test than I've ever received prior.

Dr. Hart and staff are amazing! They have gone above and beyond to help schedule my appointments and help me when other doctors/staff haven't. This staff is full of genuinely caring and welcoming people. Very happy I switched! The people I have referred have also been very happy with their service as well.
