It had been since the beginning of the pandemic last time I got my hair cut. I had JoAnn cut off a pony tail. She asked what I was going to do with it and I explained, "I am keeping it as my pandemic memorbelia...Here's what I did, I grew my hair! JoAnn did a terrific job. I have a walker so getting places is often a challenge. Ed helped me up the stairs by taking the walker up and sturdy railings helped me navigate the stairs. I could not have felt more welcome. JoAnn restyled and colored my hair...It is beautiful! JoAnn tells me she has been here 22 years. She works along side 3 of her grandchildren. Now how wonderful that must be! So in full disclosure, I use to work here, that being said here's my review. I LOVE these people and this place. It's family owned, and it's Joann, Mom and her two daughters and her son that all do AMAZING hair! It's not fancy, and shiney and new. It's lived in, eclectic, & fun. They all have been doing hair for a long time and all are very talented at it. They have fun different stuff to buy that make great gifts or a treat for yourself. It's easy to find, and on street FREE parking. If you love local, and want to support a long time Spokane family that are fantastic people and do pretty terrific things with hair, this is THE place. Oh‼️ and haircuts start at 35$‼️
