Black mold. Squatters. Months of wall-shaking renovations early in the morning. But if you look for respectful, prompt communications from management, you won’t find it! There was only one girl we ever talked with in the leasing office that was kind and efficient. Before they respond to this review with “we have no affiliation” — I was a tenant for multiple years. When the troublesome renters in the unit above me were evicted/ moved out (after countless parties and domestic disputes), that unit became vacant. I'm very thankful that Guenther Property Management took over managing where I live.Since then, I feel better taken care of and cared for as their tenant.With all my interactions, office personnel have been very kind and professional.Maintenance personnel are kind and very caring. Alex is a nice guy that cares, and I appreciate my maintenance requests getting fulfilled.Thank you.

We are currently renting an apt with Guenther Properties Management . We like the response to our issues if we have any. They are prompt and very courteous . The people that work for Guenther are very polite at any time we had to call. They keep the property clean and the landscaping is very kept up. I really appreciate that . The independent contractors I noticed they hire are 5 star companies which make me feel at ease . Great Job Guenther Property Management!!
