“Well this not start out at 5 stars but Great Floors in Spokane Valley made it turn out that way. We chose a product ( marmolioum ) that is more commercial and less spec’d in residential settings. The first product was installed poorly with gaps and “lifting” in places. Two attempts to fix to no avail. The installation supervisor intervened and more product was ordered a new installation crew chosen. Result was just as we hoped. The new floor looks fantastic. Thank you everyone from our sales associate, installers (second set) and the installation supervisor for your support and help in turning an unhappy customer to a happy customer.“
