Very impressed with the staff and the vet. Brought my son's dog in to get some tumors removed. They gave me a quote between $750-$1250. That had me a little worried but it ended up being on the lower side. The surgery came out great. There was no complications. The staff is very friendly. You could tell they care about your pet.
Dr. Snyder performed surgery to remove multiple fatty tumors from my 11 year old Wolfhound "Blue". The communication was great and he called me personally before the surgery as I had contacted the office with some questions. Great care was provided throughout the whole process and the staff was amazing. I love it that they answer the phone and you dont have to wade through menus and waste time leaving messages and waiting for a call back. I have been going to 5 Mile for 10 years or so and have only had good experiences. They are a wonderful team and you will be in good hands if you take your pet there.
I've been using this vet clinic for almost 13 years and still think they deserve 5 stars. The vets are amazing, as are the vet techs and the support staff. Sadly the las OG vet (Dr. Streeter) retired in December but Dr. Snider is amazing. My dog has very high anxiety and Dr. Snider doesn't even blink an eye when working with him. All of the vets that we've worked with here treat your animal the same way they'd treat theirs. I'd give them a bonus star because their prices are quite reasonable as well. Couldn't recommend a better clinic or vet!
