Worst experience I have ever had first they had a carbon monoxide leak where our co meter was going off and their response was to take the battery's out cause it was annoying them putting my 3 children at risk. Then the technician lied to the fire department about welding inside luckily I was there to call him on his b.s. when we reported it to the b.b.b the owner responded by saying he sold his company (Ron Morris and son) to his son Alex who was the worst customer service skills I am ever had the displeasure of working with. Am shopping for solutions and options to upgrade the wood burning fireplace in a 120 year old house, and had very enlightening and educational discussion with Alex of the Fireplace Center. Alex certainly helped me cut through the fireplace upgrade possibility clutter, and has a gift for doing that. Worst customer service we’ve ever experienced. We knew upfront it was going to be several weeks for the fireplace we ordered to arrive, what we didn’t anticipate was the lack of service once the fireplace arrived!! No follow through, follow up, not even an apology for their lack of service and mistakes on their part. We finally canceled our order, it cost us $1300. They didn’t even try to save the sell, no effort was made on their end to rectify the situation. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere. So disappointed, I was excited to get the beautiful fireplace I’d ordered.
