Update - not so happy with the service since this review. The on-line monitoring system needed to be updated (to 4G) to stay functional. After initially ordering it went on backorder (it was during COVID), eventually it did come in and an appointment was suggested to come fit it. But NW Renewables never came through on the appointment. I have not been able to monitor my system for ~2 years now....

New update: NW Renewables saw the updated review and came and installed the cell upgrade within days. It seems the task had fallen through the cracks during COVID. There is a new person in charge of service and he was awesome - thanks Seth! Back to 5 stars....“

“We have had Epic Electric as our HVAC and electrical service company since we moved to the Spokane area over 3 years ago when buying a house here. They have completely rewired our manufactured home, installing a newer, larger and safer circuit breaker panel and other improvements. Just recently they installed an entirely new type of HVAC system which has individual units in each room. This will be a big improvement over the older manufactured home system of an HVAC system at one end of the house and a single duct to move air to all rooms. The installation went great and the system works very good. We are very pleased with the service.“
