I've been a patient with Cynthia for over a year, and she's an amazing massage therapist!!I called to schedule an appointment today for a flare-up in the muscles spasms in my back. Come to find out she retired without any notification.Now I understand that there can be extenuating circumstances, but I was given 0 notice of this retirement, and so now I'm stuck with no massage therapist.If they had given notice, I would have been able to find a new physical therapist, before now, when I need one desperately.They're giving out information for a different physical therapist out in Liberty Lake, but that's the only solution they're offering.This was very distressing, and...read full review

Cynthia has alleviated the pain I had in my shoulder/arm area. She also has greatly reduced the tightness I've had for most of my adult life in both my shoulder/neck area and lower back. I've gone to other massage therapists and an osteopath and Cynthia efforts have been the most successful.Thank you Cynthia!

After leaving a 2-star only review of my session with Ms. Brody, her office did reach out to me to see if they could remedy this. When I did not respond, they refunded my money, which was completely unexpected. Although I was not happy with my own experience, I'm extremely pleased with the follow up and their efforts to make it right.Thank you for the gesture and highest level of professionalism.
