“I’m surprised to see the negative reviews. I had a great experience with them. I had an issue with my awnings/shades that someone else installed. They came out quickly and gave me an estimate. They are busy so they had to schedule out a couple weeks which is entirely reasonable. They were in contact with me when they were able to schedule a time; they worked with my schedule. They showed up with their team on time/early. The team finished the repair quicker than expected, so they were VERY fair by adjusting their quote.
They were very honest, friendly, professional, respectful, dependable, diligent, timely, fair, and reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them and/or recommend them.
My experience was consistent with the other positive reviews. I assume that the negative reviews were caused by other factors beyond Skip’s control, such as having other customers that they have to attend to because they provide a good, honest service. We had been trying to work with another larger company to schedule clean up of an apartment after a family member’s passing and they left us in a lurch. She and her team communicated directly with apartment management beforehand to clear the work that needed to be done. Her crew arrived a few minutes early for our appointment and got right to work, efficiently cleaning the affected areas. They were very professional and even found some spots that needed their attention that we weren’t aware of.
