I would highly recommend this office. We took our 8 year old here and they were friendly, prompt, professional, with lots of glasses options. They even went above and beyond when we left a toy in the office. They're awesome!
Every thing at my appointment is went well. I had a name change and the receptionist knew just what to do, the area was clean & sparkled, I only waited 4-5 mins. before I was called in. I was given my eye examine & was answered every question I asked. He was through with me in no time flat! My Dr. came in & gave me good news within minutes. I'm happy & will a tell my friends & family about Vision Institute!
This was my first visit to Vision Institute Northwest in Spokane Valley. Every one of the staff I interacted with was friendly and professional. I received information/answers to questions I had not asked, and any questions I did have were answered in a way that I understood, or was explained so that I did understand. If I had needed new frames they have a good selection. I definitely will return next year to see Dr Connolly.
