I am so thankful for tumble! I called a lot of different places to get my wedding dress steamed on short notice but no luck. Tumble got me in, did a great job, and had it done a day earlier than planned. I had a great experience and will definitely be back!Service: Wedding gown cleaning
I had called a dozen different "cleaners" from CDA to Spokane and Tumble was the first to answer the phone (1) with time to talk to me about the services they offered (30 seconds) and availability to do said services (add'l 30 seconds) and also did not send your items out to a 3rd party for the actual cleaning. The ladies were polite, helpful, knowledgeable, and INCREDIBLY ACCOMMODATING. I had a dress that needed a spot cleaned and she offered to steam it as well, I was so happy with the results that I brought my gown in the following day (30 min drive) to be steamed! The lids to my sharpies are always coming off in the pockets of my scrubs! Kaila was able to remove all of the giant black ink stains. A few of them had been there for years! Thanks Kaila and Tumble Laundry Co. I can keep wearing my favorite scrub tops and look professional!
