“I called about 6 weeks before my wedding to have my dress altered since the sleeves would not stay up. The woman (I sadly don’t remember her name) was very helpful at my first appointment and helped not just decide on how to adjust the sleeves but even suggested a tie in the back so I’d feel more comfortable. I was worried I had booked the appointment too close to the wedding and it might need to be rushed, but I got a call a couple of weeks after my first appointment to come and try on the dress again. It was perfect! The sleeves fit much better and the tie in the back was very dainty and pretty while helping me feel an added security. They added a bustle as well and she showed me how to do that very easily. My wedding is about a week and a half away now and I can’t wait to wear my dress and marry my other half. I can’t thank Alterations By Design enough for making my perfect looking dress also fit perfectly too!
