I'm still hopeful that my sciatica pain can be reduced or alleviated. The program encourages homework to make adjustments be permanent. The doctor monitors progress and manipulates as needed. They have decompression chairs that stretch the spine without being inverted. I learned of them through their half hour radio show. They have a lot of information available from their website and YouTube account...covering exercises, stretches, nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Twas a bit pricey but I was in some pretty bad pain. I found out that my hips, lower back and neck were pretty jacked up and within a couple treatments and excercises I was back to my normal self...playing with my kids and going to the gym 4 days a week. I definitely can tell the difference after each adjustment. It's lit at River City!
