We had Raptor Rooter out to our house twice this week: once for an estimate to replace our old, broken water heater, and then again a couple days later to actually do the work. The estimate was very fair for everything we were getting, and I was pleased with their overall service. David has helped us both times, and I felt very confident in his abilities and what he was telling me from the moment he started talking to me. I never felt pressured to do anything I didn't want, and I felt like he absolutely knew what he was talking about and would take good care of my needs. He and Brason came out today to do the water heater replacement, and they were punctual, had everything they needed, and they stayed true to the estimate. We purchased the Raptor Titanium membership plan, and for what we're getting, it's going to be absolutely worth it. We're so happy to have hot showers again and to be joining the Raptor Rooter family!
Our plumbing technician (Calem Morris) was amazing. He looked at our under-sink problem, took photos, explained to me what needed to be fixed, gave me a couple options, and then quickly and expertly went to work. As he progresses, he pointed out our rental dishwasher was installed incorrectly, and let us know the future leak problems we could encounter. He was personable and friendly and finished the job in record time. I highly recommend Calem and will request he come to fix any of our future plumbing needs
