Everyone at Ponti's are so kind itruely recommend them as your vet for your precious pet. They took time to answer all our questions and even called and checked on our pet after her surgery.
HUGE shout out to Dr. Ratcliff and staff, who were able and willing to see my guinea pig with a bladder stone on short notice and perform surgery same day. I am so grateful and appreciative that you were able to accommodate us last minute! I will be bringing my other guinea pigs to see you when the need arises. Highly recommend!
Decent vet. Takes a bit of a wait to get into. However, most vets are at least the same if not a longer wait from my experience recently. Did cost more than I expected. Might want to ask the tally as you go so you're not shocked by the bill when you leave as I was. A 20min appt ran about 600$ for a small skin infection and ear infection, both of which are super common with my dog's breed.
