It has been two years of dealing with this company for one claim, TWO YEARS! I was impacted by the hail storm in August of 2022 and had Palmer out the next day to take a look, their owners Jennifer and Gil (I think) were there and seemed professional and at first the communication was great and the roof went on a couple months later.... Then I didn't hear from them for MONTHS, I called and emailed trying to get someone's attention. I talked to my insurance to see if there was any communication on their side.... there wasn't. I finally had to go into their physical location to get someone to talk to me. Finally getting a hold of someone and keeping on top of it, my siding went on at the end of 2023, and was mostly completed until they had to wait for back ordered shutter fasteners, it took another few months for them to get out and put those up along with a couple screens (they scheduled this 3 times with me and nobody showed up).... Here I am almost 2 years later still dealing with this claim that should have been dealt with long ago. They have sent me invoices that have incorrect amounts and asking for line items that never happened from my insurance (like putting up scaffolding, when they just used ladders). Their communication is terrible, their billing can really use some work (better attention to detail) and their communication with insurance is abysmal. I am thoroughly looking forward to the day that the final supplement comes through that they are happy with, and send me the final invoice (AND IS CORRECT) and I can pay it and be done. Until that day, they will continue holding me hostage with their incompetence. If you ever end up reading this, and you are thinking about having Palmer take a contract on your claim, don't do it..

What a blessing it was to have Palmer Construction re-roof my commercial building!!! I highly recommend them, they go above and beyond to complete the job correctly the first time. I felt priority during the whole process, they strive to put "customer" in customer service. My roofing journey started when I bought a commercial building that had a leaking roof. I hired a local contractor to re-roof the roof. I was promised that he knew what he was doing and that the job would be inexpensive . After months of waiting for the job to be completed and spending a whole lot then expected, I was still left with a leaking roof. When it would rain outside, it would also rain inside the building. The newly installed roof leaked worse then the old roof.. It turned out that my trusted contractor had no idea how to correctly re-roof a commercial flat roof. I was overwhelmed with all the damage and the expenses due to constant flooding and leaks. When I met Jennifer with Palmer Construction, I was reassured and began to see hope. I remember the day that Palmer Construction came out to assess my roof, Gil told me exactly why the new roof was not doing its job. He explained what the correct way is to re-roof a flat roof. What material needs to be used, and how it needs to be done. I was so surprised how fast Palmer Construction completed the new roof. It was perfect, to my surprise the new roof DID NOT leak! I recommend Palmer Construction to everyone. Today, I can truly say I have friends in the construction industry.😄

I had contracted with a different roofing company who failed to complete my installation. Palmer construction went above and beyond to finish my new roof installation by fitting my project into their already full schedule. I can't thank them enough.
