I've been there 5 times now and had a different person each time but all were wonderful. Got dips and gel. I'm kind of a neurotic picker and its dangerous for me to get polish because if it starts failing i pull it off and ruin my nails. These manicures last sooo long. It looks like grown out acrylics when i'm ready to go back. In 6-7 years of gels I have never had them look this nice for this long. They take a lot of time on them, its clean/friendly/fast/well-priced. I probably grossly overtip here but having people take care of the health of my nails is so important. Was able to walk in with a friend and get manicures and pedicures while sitting next to each other. Quick service, relaxing leg massage, comfy massage chairs for pedicures. Manicures felt rushed and I was charged the same price for a manicure even though all she did was clip my nails and cut the cuticles. I didn't get any color and no massage. Also, my fingernails were different shapes and lengths, so I had to fix them when I got home.Overall a good experience but maybe making an appointment in advance helps allow the technician to plan more time to be diligent and attentive to detail. I would give it another chance.
I have been going here for almost 4 years at first I kept getting stuck with same lady & I just never liked my nails finally I got tee and I always book with her even if I gotta wait she always understands what I wants & does amazing work for me I don’t know the lady’s name who does my pedicure is amazing I definitely love this place and always tell people about them owners amazing as well.
