As always, indigo was great with my lil one who ended up having strep throat for the third time! They are all so helpful, kind and patient with her from the moment we walk in until we walk back out! Great service! Will return!
Everything went good at my visit and the care was great. The people were nice. They got me right in. BUT, they used clozex and didn't properly clean the cut, or skin around it. They then wrapped it with compression abs when I later went to take that off, the whole dressing including the clozex came off so my cut opened back up and another trip to the ERi went, but now at 10:30pm I'm my home town instead of spokane. Cause I was in school in morning, home at night. Very upset that my cut is now just wide open, and no one did there job correctly! NOT IMPRESSED!!
The genuine care is priceless. From check in to check out, the staff is incredible and compassionate. Danielle, Charles, and Kelsey were hands on, kind, efficient, and human. Thank you for caring for My Love ❤️
