Great company. We were happy with them from beginning to end. We had siding and windows done. Communication from quote to finish was excellent. Someone always got back to us within an hour. Matt and Jay who did our installation were great guys. The work they did was excellent and our house looks great. Can't say enough about what a great experience we had. We read so many horror stories - especially people getting ghosted once they commit for work to be done - we didn't have to worry with McVay.
Our McVay Brothers team just completed installing 18 windows in our home. Fantastic results! The quality and value speaks for itself. What made our experience so great were installers Chris and Dave, who took on our project as if it was their own homes. Friendly, caring service with meticulous attention to detail insured our expectations were exceeded. We enjoyed our daily conversations with them while watching their expertise shine. From the very beginning when Mike Arnold came out and gave us a quote on installing new windows. He was awesome. He never high-pressured and McVay was the only company that I had out for a bid that would do it the way I wanted it done . That pretty well sold me right there. I love the new windows. They just updated our home from the old 1953 windows. To a much needed upgrade. The update will save money on our gas bill. The service where do I begin. I hope that McVay appreciates Jake and Jonte. These two guys worked from the time they arrived until it was time for them to clean up and head home. They were so respectful of us and our home. I just can’t say enough good...read full review
