I want to say thanks to Jacob for keeping me informed along the way during the extended time it took to tow my truck to the shop for repairs. I was needing a tow on a Monday morning and I was fortunately not in an accident, just unable to drive further with outcausing more damage to my truck, and needed a tow to the shop. After first est. of arrival time went by without word i called Lilac City Towing and inquired where the driver might be. I got a call minutes later and he said he had been called off to an emergency rollover accident. Ok no problem, i thought let me know when your on your way. 2 hrs later he says he's done with that call and on his way 20mins away....read full review
Bob is one of the greatest humans ever, quick, very kind, respectable, and thoughtful! Called us twice after being notified by our insurance on a SÙNDAY. He wanted to make sure we were safe and when he was close. Greatest help we've ever had. I recommend him!
Jeremy from Lilac City towing was extremely helpful and kind after my daughter’s car broke down on the freeway. It was really in an awkward place and he was able to tow it out safely. He called us almost immediately after I got off the phone with my insurance company’s roadside assistance. He asked a lot of questions and was reassuring. I am grateful for his compassion and positive attitude and I would definitely call again! Thank you.
