James and TJ were EXTREMELY professional and courteous. They worked their butts off in this extreme heat. I would rally for these two gentlemen to get YETI back pack coolers to keep their drinks and lunches cold! Prompt response to service request. Did a winter fix on the roof leak. Returned in the spring and repaired the problem areas. Also directed me to chimney specialists to fix the masonry and non-roofing items. Good communication throughout with Jon. Price, in a time when everything is so expensive, I think was fair. Now must wait and see for the winter snow and rain to make sure the repairs hold.
