We called Daryl who scoped the work over the phone with clear understandable conversation and he arrived the following week to repair numerous chips, dents, even a worm hole which turned into a large depression in our birch hand-scraped multi-tone stained floor. His fill solution nicely matches the surrounding areas with a durable protective result. Daryl was professional, friendly and provide valuable tips on care and cleaning which were simple and cost friendly. Would highly recommend for those needing work on their hardwood flooring.
