I have heard about Cryo Therapy but never thought much about if it would actually work! I won a free Cryo session at the women’s Event today and I have to admit, it was painless, relaxing, simple, quick & effective! I could really feel the difference in my jeans after the session, my stomach felt refreshed. I lost a 1/2” in my waist in 15 minutes. I really enjoyed Cryo Therapy, thank you Melissa.

Went to visit Melissa at Cryo Health this morning! I'm the worst at following instructions (drink a lot of water beforehand!) but still saw great results!!!
We focused on the belly area where most Mom's struggle.
I am very active and have a healthy-ish diet! I still couldn't get rid of that "mom pouch".
With my first visit, Melissa was able to get rid of 1/2 IN around the waist. Looking forward to the next couple weeks and seeing the additional progress. Thanks Melissa!!
